What Do I Do If I Want To Complain?

We encourage you to think carefully before you complain. Remember that the High Court Enforcement Officer is acting on the instructions of the court and the creditor. If, for example, you think you do not owe the money being claimed, or are upset because your offer of payment by instalment has been turned down, this is not the High Court Enforcement Officer's fault or the fault of Sherforce. These are matters which you have to sort out with the creditor, either by direct contact or through applications to the appropriate court.

If you still wish to continue with your complaint, there are various ways in which you can make that complaint to Sherforce.

You can complete the online complaints form available on this site, or you can send a letter to the Complaints Officer for Sherforce at:

3-4 Freeport Office Village,
Century Drive,
Braintree,
Essex
CM77 8YG

or you can email your complaint to the Complaints Officer at complaints@sherforce.net.

We can say that we take all complaints extremely seriously, and all such matters will be investigated through our complaints procedure.
