How Many Times Will The Sherforce Officer Visit The Debtor?
The Sherforce Enforcement Officer will usually make three visits to the debtor's address to try and gain entry and levy on available goods. If after three attempts this proves impossible, you will be sent a report explaining the difficulty and you may be asked to provide further information.
Again, the attendance of all visits by Officers is carefully managed through Sherforce's Operational Support Team and may involve visits being made out of hours or at weekends to ensure that the best possible service is given to the judgment Creditor to ensure the successful execution of the judgment.
