Our Quality Charter sets out how we go about delivering a wholehearted commitment to quality and what this means for everyone who works on behalf of Sherforce High Court Enforcement.
To live up to these standards within our Quality Charter, we build these principles into the way we work from day to day.
We define quality as 'providing a service that is professional, dependable and achieves service commitments - every time' and aims to meet or exceed a client's reasonable expectations.

Or PINT for short and below we have set out what these key words mean to us in terms of how we deliver a quality enforcement service both for those who use our services, and those who are subject to the enforcement of the Court's order.
People
Sherforce makes a promise to each client on conduct, procedures and service standards and subscribes to the ethos that the capability and performance of the people within its business are key to keeping that promise. We believe in TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) and in our day to day business this is spelt in capitals so that we constantly remind each other of the need to work together to deliver solutions and services to our clients.
Sherforce complies with statutory obligations and regulations and adheres to the substance and spirit of all national standards and guidelines. We also maintain our own Code of Practice which you can read on this website to help us ensure that the conduct of all individuals within the organisation is above and beyond the regulatory standards in which it operates.

As we need services from different contractors to assist us in our duties, Sherforce maintains a panel of approved service providers who must meet strict membership criteria before being allowed to work with our organisation.

Our entire TEAM is reliable and acts with integrity, building open, honest and realistic relationships with our clients. We undertake to be transparent and accountable at all times to our clients and to the public at large.
