Sherforce Enforcement Officers acting under the direction of Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) are appointed to enforce court orders, that is, to collect money which remains owing despite a Court's judgment that it should be paid. This part of our website provides useful information if you:
- Have already chosen to ask the Sherforce Enforcement Officer for help, or
- Are thinking of doing so but would like to know more before going ahead.
Our website is designed to tell you about the steps the Sherforce Enforcement Officer will take on your behalf and sets out the things you can do to help. Although it aims to be as informative as possible, it cannot deal with every situation that may arise. However, our HCEO are very experienced and can advise you on every aspect relating to the enforcement of your judgment.
At Sherforce we pride ourselves on being able to help anyone who uses our services or comes into contact with our organisation. For judgment Creditors, our Client Services Team is the first port of call for assistance and they can be contacted on 0845 890 9207 or can be emailed at enquiries@sherforce.net.
Once you have issued a Writ to Sherforce you will be allocated your own Client Relationship Manager who will look after your case personally and be able to advise you specifically on what is happening in relation to the enforcement of your judgment. You will be notified by the Sherforce Team when your Client Relationship Manager is appointed after the receipt of your first instructions. |
