For those court users who have obtained a High Court Judgment directly from the High Court or one of the District Registries across
England and Wales, then all you have to do is send us the judgment and we will prepare the Writ of Fifa for you at no cost.
Many of our High Court users use us to do the paperwork as a cost effective solution. We can arrange for the Writ to be issued
immediately over the counter in the Royal Courts of Justice and provide a very fast turnaround for a Sherforce Enforcement Officer
to attend to seize goods at the address.
Often High Court business is more complex just by the nature of the value of the claim and speed is of the essence.
