Is
there a special form for making a complaint?
Yes, there is. You can obtain the Complaints Form
from the High Court Enforcement Officer or by ringing
the telephone number at the end of this leaflet.
Complete the form by giving your name and address,
the name of the High Court Enforcement Officer you
are complaining about and details of your complaint.
Please be sure to include the time and date when
the incident complained of occurred, where this
is appropriate and any other relevant information.
The form contains the address to which your completed
form should be sent. The address can also be found
at the end of this leaflet.
Please:
